Women Health and Care tips-Low Glycemic Index Diet
I first got to know about the miracle of Glycemic Index(GI) when I was studying in Japan back in 2003. It became a rage with the Japanese. Basic explanation is, the lower GI number of your food intake, the smaller fluctuation in our blood glucose and insulin level making it the perfect choice for weight watches and people with diabetic issues.
How do you know which food is to be taken and which to be avoided? Here’s a tip: Below is GI sample. GI number<60 low="perfect">80 is considered high=AVOID.
